Proudly Australian owned and Sunshine Coast based, Phperfect was established by passionate healthy life enthusiasts Bernie Duffy, Paul Sutton and Robert Wyborn in 2008. On discovering the health benefits of pristine alkaline water first hand, there was no holding the boys back on their journey to share the health, wealth and happiness.
Bernie recollects “When I look back, it was meant be – too many things happened that weren’t an accident…I obtained alot of information from the Water Institute of Japan where they invented the first alkaline water machine over 50 years ago!”
For Bernie and the boys Phperfect is simply a labour of love, they don’t look at it as work. “With lots of happy clients it’s not hard to enjoy yourself – especially with constant positive feedback” says Bernie. “Our main focus is customer satisfaction. If someone has forgotten to place an order, I’m more than happy to drive the two hours to make sure they don’t go without.”
With the Phperfect Home Edge system, the vortex process brings the water to life and clients continually phone to rave about how wonderful their new water is. “…how their cooking tastes better, their cups of tea savour new richness - even their porridge is fluffier!” quips Bernie.
But word of mouth has been particularly inspiring. Australian celebrity sports icons Mark Minichiello, Pete Jacobs and Emma Snowsill both swear by the Phperfect Water.
As a healer of 15 years, Bernie’s aspirations are to continue to expand the Phperfect brand around the globe.
